All floors at West 8th are equipped with individually metered HVAC controls to increase indoor comfort and lower annual operating costs. West 8th’s building ventilation design provides 30% more outdoor air to the building than regulations require. In addition, West 8th’s floor-to-ceiling glass allows for abundant natural light to reach far into the interior spaces, helping to conserve energy and raise day-to-day productivity.
