West 8th is a LEED® Gold-CS certified building, and was constructed using highly sustainable materials like Solarban-70 window glazing, which lets in more light, reduces heat gain and increases thermal comfort for employees. The building also includes on-site bike storage and preferred parking for vanpools and alternate-fuel vehicles.
