West 8th’s spacious lobby encourages tenants to make connections and build relationships with its quiet sitting areas and open, casual meeting spaces. The lobby, which features a full-time, dedicated security guard to meet the daily needs of tenants and their guests, includes a full-service coffee bar located on the southernmost edge of the space.
